Group was formed in 2006 as a part of Jim
Cotton's ProfitSouth Marketing Network in response
to a recognized need for affordable housing and his
personal experiences in life empowerment and the
American Dream.

property management teams in the property's locale.
As one of its first conerstones, Cotton Properties
utilizes private investment funding for its projects
including revitalization as well as acquisition.
