contracted by us directly to the property. As Asset
Managers, we manage the Property Managers. This
gives us direct control of the project.
In some cases, you may
own the property with a long-term operating tenant
(perhaps Cotton Properties) thru the use of a
triple-net lease. We are open to your suggestions.
